COOKED MEATS
Our raw hams are carefully selected, a single bone is carefully extracted to facilitate carving, and we then cover them with a crust of dough and bake them slowly in our bakery ovens.

When cooled, the crust is stripped away, the rind removed, and they are dusted with our own toasted breadcrumbs. No more traditional way exists, an no other way preserves the wonderful flavour of the ham.

We carry a good range of other traditional meats including our own roast beef, honey roast turkey, smoked pork loin, and many other meats and salamis sourced from the finest exponents of their trade.

We also produce our own Shropshire Pate, a simple chicken liver pate made to an ancient Shropshire recipe. It contains no additives or preservatives, and is simply sealed with butter.
